He was a great listener when I was explaining my issues and wasn’t quick to jump to a premature diagnosis. Travis worked all angles of the problem to make sure the repair was done correctly and the problem was fixed, the first time. I was preparing for a road trip and my check engine light came on. Travis diagnosed the problem, made the repairs and got me back on the road in time. He worked late and on the weekend to get all of this done when I needed it. I then traveled 3,500 miles in 10 days without incident. I have been working with Travis now for almost 2 years. Each and every time he has done the repairs in a timely manner and for a fair cost. He has always been very clear with everything he has done to the vehicle and anything that has been suspected as a potential problem now or in the future. I had a heating issue for 2 years on my '04 Altima, I had put over $1200 into repairing this and mechanic after mechanic couldn't figure out what the issue was, it took 1 attempt with Travis and he had it narrowed down to 2 issues. One had temporarily fixed the problem(no other mechanic was even able to do this) than 2 weeks later the other part he had referred to went out also, once that was replaced the vehicles heat was great. Travis is a great professional and a pleasure to work with, I recommend his friendly, quick, and efficient/accurate work to everyone.
